At our studio, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized, elevated experience. To ensure the highest level of service for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below before scheduling your appointment.

Appointments

We are an appointment-only studio. Appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest and are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because we operate on a carefully curated schedule, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $30 fee.

We truly value your time and ours, and appreciate your consideration in providing adequate notice so we may accommodate other guests.

Groupon Vouchers

Groupon vouchers are available exclusively to first-time clients.

Your Groupon redemption code is required at the time of booking and will be redeemed to secure your appointment.

Once a Groupon voucher has been redeemed, the appointment may be rescheduled one time only, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Additional rescheduling may not be permitted.

Packages

All service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused services must be redeemed within the validity period.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final balance of your service.

Final Sale Policy

For the protection and satisfaction of all our guests, all services and products are final sale and non-refundable.
